Meet Co-Founder Robert

Robert and his wife, Tiffany, raised their three boys in Brighton, Colorado. In 2009, they started Green and Sons to create a business that allowed the flexibility to be present for what mattered most—supporting their boys at sports games, Boy Scouts, motocross races, and school events. That focus on family and balance has remained a guiding principle in everything Robert does.

As the business expanded and Clay moved to Florida to operate the company full time, Robert continued helping grow the vision both in Colorado and Florida. Together they chose the Pensacola area as the perfect place to build the next chapter.

When Robert isn’t working, he enjoys spending time outdoors and making the most of life’s adventures. He especially enjoys boating, relaxing at the beach, trying new foods, and traveling to new places.

Meet Co-Founder Clay

Clay Green is the co-founder of Green and Son, established in 2024 alongside his father, Robert. His passion for hard work and the outdoors started early. At just eight years old, Clay began helping out after school with the family’s landscape business, learning the value of dedication, responsibility, and quality workmanship from a young age.

After graduating from high school, Clay proudly served three years in the United States Army as an Infantry soldier. His time in the military strengthened his discipline, leadership, and commitment—qualities that continue to guide the way he approaches both life and business today.

To bring the vision of Green and Son to life, Clay relocated from Colorado to Florida to operate the business full time. After traveling throughout the state to find the right place to build their future, Clay and Robert chose the Pensacola area to call home and grow their company.

When Clay isn’t working, he enjoys staying active and making the most of Florida’s lifestyle. You can often find him at the gym, relaxing at the beach, riding his motorcycle, or traveling to new places.
